WBEZ wraps up production on the first installment of "UNDER COVER", Colby and Brian's segment on the award-winning news magazine show Eight Forty Eight

The segment, called "UNDER COVER", featured a wide range of various Chicago-based musical ensembles working in the WBEZ Performance Studio to record their own version of a well-known cover song. An African-pop take on a New Order song, a jazzed-up James Taylor classic, a Flamenco-flavored version of "Killing Me Softly" -- you never knew what was going to turn up. The segment, billed as a co-produiction between WBEZ and Colby and Brian's new company GREAT LIFE MUSIC, will return for another 8-week installment sometime this summer. Eight Forty-Eight airs twice a day (9-10 AM, and 8-9 PM).

In October of 2005, Colby appeared on Chicago Public Radio's (91.5 FM) award winning morning magazine program Eight-Forty Eight with host Steve Edwards. This entire 15-min. interview, featuring several cuts from the album, can be heard HERE.
